Adaptation and widening of the Av. Luis Alberto de Herrera, entre Bulevar Artigas y Aréchaga, for the correct management of traffic after the opening of the Nuevocentro Shopping. La obra incluyó tareas de pavimentación en hormigón, iluminación, señalización y drenajes pluviales entre otras.
